How to troubleshoot the faults of air blower

(1) the fan does not rotate. 

Exclusion method: 

1. Not connected to the power supply-- turn on the power supply. 

2. Motor does not work-check motor wiring or replace motor. 

3. Damage to the head of the fan-repair or replacement of the fan. 

4. there is a foreign body stuck in the fan-- remove the foreign body. 

(2) increased noise. 

Exclusion method: 

1. Bearing dry lubrication-adding bearing grease. 

2. Bearing damage-bearing replacement. 

3. Impeller wear-replace the impeller or pump head. 

4. the strong parts are loose or fall off-- tighten the firmware. 

5. There is a foreign body in the fan-remove the foreign body or replace the pump head. 

(3) the vibration increases. 

Exclusion method: 

1. Bearing damage-bearing replacement. 

2. Impeller imbalance-removing foreign bodies in impellers or adjusting dynamic and static balance. 

3. Spindle deformation-replacement of spindle or pump head. 

4. the working state enters the turbulent earthquake area-- adjust the working state and avoid the turbulent earthquake area. 

5. The filter screen at the inlet and outlet is blocked-- cleaning the filter screen. 

Troubleshooting of blower. 

(4) temperature rise. 

Exclusion method: 

1. The temperature of the air inlet is too high-- reduce the temperature of the air inlet. 

2. Bearing dry lubrication-adding bearing grease. 

3. Fan efficiency reduction-removal of blade dust or replacement of pump head. 

4. Change the working status-- adjust the working status. 

5. the increase of ambient temperature-- increase the ventilation and heat dissipation of the environment. 

(5) pressure reduction. 

Exclusion method: 

1. The rotational speed of the pump head is reduced-- the power supply voltage is on the low side or the motor fault. 

2. Increase the resistance of pipe network-- reduce the resistance of pipe network. 

3. Change the working status-- adjust the working status. 

4. the motor turns in the opposite direction-- the motor is rewired. 

(6) flow reduction. 

Exclusion method: 

1. Plug the inlet and outlet gas filter-- clean the filter. 

2. The rotational speed of the pump head is reduced-- the power supply voltage is on the low side or the motor fault. 

3. Increase the resistance of pipe network-- reduce the resistance of pipe network. 

4. Increase the working status-adjust the working status. 

5. the motor turns in the opposite direction-- the motor is rewired.
